They used to call me Matilda, “She’s a quiet one” they said And just like Matilda, there wasn’t much I hadn’t read Dahl and Dickens and Shakespeare too on a rainy day Always looking for something new to take me far away But I’ve got bad habit and it’s getting me into trouble The more I ignore it my trouble only doubles And now I’m on the run from the library Reading should be fun but I’m a liability They can come and get me but I won’t come quietly I really should just pay my library fine And stop running all the time Who doesn’t love a big fat book? Who doesn’t love a tale? I love to smell the pages I just sit back and inhale And I’ll never buy a Kindle coz the magic’s just not there I can’t do my reading on a screen can’t leave my bookshelves bare But I’ve got bad habit and it’s getting me into trouble The more I ignore it my trouble only doubles And now I’m on the run from the library Reading should be fun but I’m a liability They can come and get me but I won’t come quietly I really should just pay my library fine And stop running all the time I blame the new self-serve machines I don’t even know what that computer means They never even stamp your books anymore So when are they due back? I’m never sure I never agreed to abide by your by-laws anyway Now I’m on the run from the library Reading should be fun but I’m a liability They can come and get me but I won’t come quietly I really should just pay Now I’m on the run from the library Reading should be fun but I’m a liability They can come and get me but I won’t come quietly I really should just pay my library fine And stop running all the time

His costumes make him feel so free He dressed up like a bumblebee Oktoberfest in his lederhosen He loves to dress up he is always posin’ He dressed up like a peanut bar He tried to rap but he took it too far And he really pulls the stops out for Hallow-Dean He’s the best Lady Gaga there’s ever been He’s a lean, mean, deaning machine He’s the best Dean Greendale’s ever seen He’s a lean, mean, deaning machine I wanna see him on the cover of a magazine Some people say he’s like an evil genie coz out of nowhere he’ll appear Other people think that he’s obnoxious coz he throws five dances every year But we know he’s the coolest guy on campus We know that he’s simply the best But he’ll never notice us at all coz he only has eyes for Jeff Tina Turner for daylight saving UV body paint when he’s raving Mr Winter when it snows And little wooden boy Dean-occhio Sexy builder, Uncle Sam Catwoman, Cow Girl, Fireman Mock his outfits or get real mean Frankly my dear he don’t give a dean He’s a lean, mean, deaning machine He’s the best Dean Greendale’s ever seen He’s a lean, mean, deaning machine I wanna see him on the cover of a magazine Some people say he’s like an evil genie coz out of nowhere he’ll appear Other people think that he’s obnoxious coz he throws five dances every year But we know he’s the coolest guy on campus We know that he’s simply the best But he’ll never notice us at all coz he only has eyes for Jeff D.E.A.N.P.E.L.T.O.N D.E.A.N.P.E.L.T.O.N D.E.A.N.P.E.L.T.O.N D.E.A.N.P.E.L.T.O.N We know he’s the coolest guy on campus We know that he’s simply the best But he’ll never notice us at all coz he only has eyes for Jeff

She knows that a circle has no beginning And she knows when a wrackspurt’s in her brain She makes up the tune to the song she’s singing She call her Loony but she’s perfectly sane She made a necklace out of Butterbeer corks and she skips when she can’t be bothered to walk She keeps her wand tucked behind her left ear She made a lion hat for Gryffindor, have you heard it? It’s awesome it really roars Everyone thinks that girl is so weird Other people laugh and tease her But secretly they wanna be her So she’s the one who’s laughing in the end I wish Luna was my friend, Yes I do I wish Luna was my friend It’s true She’s searching for the lost diadem of Ravenclaw She seeks the wisdom that it might bring to her head In the middle of the night she likes to sleepwalk So she always wears her shoes to bed Other people laugh and tease her But secretly they wanna be her So she’s the one who’s laughing in the end I wish Luna was my friend, Yes I do I wish Luna was my friend It’s true Always looking so surprised With her silver blonde hair and her big wide eyes In her sparkling dress robes and matching shoes She is beautiful as a poet’s muse She’s Luna She knows that a circle has no beginning And she knows when a wrackspurt’s in her brain She makes up the tune to the song she’s singing She’s amazing Luna Lovegood is her name Other people laugh and tease her But secretly they wanna be her So she’s the one who’s laughing in the end I wish Luna was my friend, Yes I do I wish Luna was my friend It’s true

He said “I think that I might be a psychopath” “Coz I remember all the animals that I’ve killed” She said “I’ve just gotta leave this boring town” “Coz it’s making me angry and it’s making me ill” He lives in a house with too many windows He thinks that his dad is a bit of a dick She lives with the perfect family with twins But her stepdad’s a massive prick So he decided to pretend to fall in love with the girl And she trusted him coz he never fit in But soon they became one another’s worlds And she felt really comfortable and safe with him So they stole his dad’s car and ran away together Didn’t have a plan it was just something to do Didn’t know they were changing their lives forever It was hard to separate the lies from the truth She just wanted to find someone who was real He just wanted to feel how it feels to feel He was more like Bonnie and she was more like Clyde As they drove into the sunset Side by side They started stealing but they said that it was for good “If it’s a chain it’s free reign” so says her dad They only steal from the rich like Robin Hood But it wasn’t long til things turned pretty bad Broke into a house while lying low Dancing through the night in the home of a stranger Saw the dust and the overflowing post Never crossed their minds they might be in danger And he realised he was not a psychopath When he killed a man just save her life He had to do it she was screaming and she was crying So he stabbed him in the neck with a hunting knife He lay dead on the floor in a pool of blood It spread around him in the shape of a heart They cleaned the scene like they’d seen on the TV And made sure no one saw them depart She just wanted to find someone who was real He just wanted to feel how it feels to feel He was more like Bonnie and she was more like Clyde As they drove into the sunset To hide She bleached her hair and he bought a Hawaiian shirt Disguises from Oxfam not so effective She said “Let’s find my dad he’ll know what to do” “He’ll keep up safe from the detectives” They found him in a caravan by the sea But he turned out to be a liar and a snake When he called the cops on his baby girl Even though he said he’d always keep her safe He said he’d keep her safe She just wanted to find someone who was real He just wanted to feel how it feels to feel He was more like Bonnie and she was more like Clyde Nowhere left to run to Nowhere left to hide Turned out to be his 18th birthday She didn’t know it made her pretty sad She said “I would’ve got you a birthday present” Didn’t know it was the last one that he’d have He said “Tell them I’m sorry and I did it all” And he kissed her on the lips and ran out to sea And she heard the gunshot and watched him fall And she screamed as he dropped to his knees He dropped to his knees He just wanted to protect his girl But now it’s the end of the world It’s the end of the world He just wanted to protect his girl But now it’s the end of the world It’s the end of the world...

I thought girls were meant to stick together I thought girls were meant to be like cook But you don’t care you’re there like yeah whatever And I’ve always been an optimistic fool Turns out that you only care about yourself And you don’t care what others have to say I wonder if you ever think about anyone else This isn’t a game I wanna play So tell me why you gotta be such a mean girl? Calling all the other girls names and lying, cheating, making everyone cry Why you gotta be such a mean girl? Maybe I could help you if I just knew why Now I’ve got to be the grown up person Even though I want to run and hide So I’ll just close my eyes and I’ll ignore you Now no one knows that you’re the one who lied And I’ll just keep on smiling oh so sweetly Scared that we’ll be enemies forever I’ll keep cleaning up your mess so neatly Wishing that us girls could stick together So tell me why you gotta be such a mean girl? Calling all the other girls names and lying, cheating, making everyone cry Why you gotta be such a mean girl? Maybe I could help you if I just knew why But I could be a mean girl too make everybody turn against you I could really fuck things up for you if I wanted to I could make your face smell like a foot or I could change the way you look Or I could stick your picture in a Burn Book But that’s something I’d never do Coz I’d never be a mean girl too And I’m not one to hold a grudge or make a fuss So I’ve got one thing left to say You can sit with us Yeah you can sit with us But tell me why you gotta be such a mean girl? Calling all the other girls names and lying, cheating, making everyone cry Why you gotta be such a mean girl? Maybe I could help you if I just knew why

Meal For Two 02:21
There’s something that I need to ask you There’s something that I’d like to say I really, really like you And I think today’s the day Coz we’ve known each other years now We’re as close as close can be So would you do me an honour And come to Mooby’s with me? I wanna go to Mooby’s with you So let’s make a date for Mooby’s just us two I don’t even like fast food but Mooby’s gets me in the mood I wanna go to Mooby’s with you We’ve been to Barcelona, we’ve been to Alton Towers We’ve been to the seaside and talked on the phone for hours And we’ve been on boats and been on planes, adventures we have had But we’ve never been to Mooby’s and it makes me kinda sad I wanna go to Mooby’s with you So let’s make a date for Mooby’s just us two I don’t even like fast food but Mooby’s gets me in the mood I wanna go to Mooby’s with you You can have a burger and I’ll have fries We’ll hold hands under the table, look in each other’s eyes With a milkshake and a salad and some ketchup on the side It’ll be the perfect night I wanna go to Mooby’s with you So let’s make a date for Mooby’s just us two I don’t even like fast food but Mooby’s gets me in the mood I wanna go to Mooby’s with you I wanna go to Mooby’s with you
